Where can I contact you?
You can fill out our contact form or reach out to us via Instagram messages. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. If you haven’t heard back by then, feel free to send a follow-up message.

Will I receive the exact plant pictured?
While each plant is unique and may have slight natural variations, it will be very similar in size, shape, and overall appearance to the one pictured.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available by appointment. To schedule a visit, email irela@bloominghouse.co. Pickup hours are typically Monday through Friday, 11 AM to 5 PM CST. Weekend availability is limited and requires an appointment.

Can I cancel my order?
We totally get it, sometimes plans change. Just let us know within 24 hours of placing your order if you'd like to cancel. After 24 hours, all sales are considered final.
