Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, all sales are considered final.

Live Arrival Guarantee
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for plants shipped via overnight delivery only.
If your plant arrives damaged or there is a major issue with your order, contact us within 12 hours of delivery at irela@bloominghouse.co. Please include the following:

  • Clear photos of the plant(s)
  • A photo of the shipping box
  • Your order number

This helps us assess the situation and respond quickly.

What’s Not Covered
Shipping live plants carries some risk, and minor imperfections are normal. This includes yellowing or bent leaves, small blemishes, or temporary drooping. These are not considered damage and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
