Shipping policy

When We Ship
We typically ship orders between Monday and Wednesday of the following week after your purchase. This schedule helps us minimize the time your plants spend in transit and ensures they arrive as healthy as possible.
During peak seasons (like holidays) or in cases of extreme weather, processing and shipping times may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Tracking
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. The delivery timeframe for your selected shipping method begins once the label is created.
Please keep an eye on your tracking to avoid packages being left outside in extreme weather.

Packing
Every plant is hand-packed by our team with great care. We use materials like poly-fil, packing paper, and seasonal insulation to protect your plant in transit.
During colder months, we include complimentary heat packs and insulation as needed—no extra charges apply.

When Your Plants Arrive
Unbox your plants as soon as they arrive. Take a moment to inspect each one, and let them settle into their new environment. We recommend giving them at least two weeks to acclimate before repotting or making major changes.
